The first "great tribulation" period within this FINAL GREAT TRIBULATION
2300 Days + 6100 Days = 8400 Days (May 21,1988 - May 21, 2011)
THE CHURCH
The 2300 days
The first part of this Final Great Tribulation began with the 2300 days (Daniel 8:13) of no salvation within the Churches. God was finished using the Church just as He was finished using the Temple. God moved out and allowed Satan to move in.
Revelation 8:1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
Daniel 8:13 Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?14 And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed
But it did'nt end there. The "great tribulation" period that was contained within the Church that is spoken of within Revelation 2:20-23 (below) spanned the the entire 8400 days. It consisted of both the 2300 days and the 6100 days - no salvation within the Church.
JEZEBEL
Revelation 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
Revelation 2:21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
Jezebel, historically (Old Testament) was not from the kingdom of Israel, she was an outsider, a princess of the king of Sidon, she became queen of Israel when King Ahab married her... she worshipped another god named Baal and everything she said was obeyed (see the Elijah & Church study).
Revelation 2:22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
Revelation 2:23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.
First the Lord declares that the Church will be under "great tribulation". Then He goes on to declare what that means within verse 23 - He will kill her children with death. No salvation within the Church. Is'nt it ironic that this is spoken of within verse "23" ? The number 23 represents judgment.
Did everyone physically die within the Church? Obviously not. It was spiritual death... no hope of spiritual life after physical death. No salvation within the Church.
They say history repeats itself. It certainly does within the scriptures. Although Revelation 2:21 is referring to the church in Thyatira notice how it is regarding to the first 2300 Days:
Revelation 2:21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
Now compare it with Judah's first 23 years of their great tribulation:
2 Chronicles 36:16
But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.
In both instances the Lord waited patiently for the people to repent of their fornications within the first parts of each great tribulation periods of 23 years/2300 Days.
But how do we know when these 2300 Days mentioned within the Book of Daniel began in 1988?
God gives us a parallel example. The fall of the Temple.
THE CHURCH
6100 DAYS
THE FALL
The second part of this Final Great Tribulation began with the 6100 days of salvation outside the Church (Matthew 24:32 - summer). The 6100 days were the point at which the Elect (the stones of the Temple) were called out of the Church and left. Without the Temple stones & wall stones, the Church fell. This matches perfectly with Judah's great tribulation. It was'nt until after their 23rd year that Jerusalem's walls and the Temple fell and the people left. We must remember that even though Jehovah was not wholly worshipped within the nation of Judah for the first 23 years and it became over run with wickedness, the walls did not fall and the people did not leave to Babylon until the start of their 47 years. This is when their physical judgment began.
Revelation 14:8
And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
This verse is spoken at the start of the 6100 days (read chapter 14). The Church is fallen, the walls have fallen because the "stones" are coming out.
As we have now seen, the Church was under "great tribulation" for the full 8400 Days (May 21, 1988 - May 21, 2011). There was no salvation within the Church. But this plague of death was contained.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The second "great tribulation" period within this FINAL GREAT TRIBULATION
THE WORLD
THESE 5100 DAYS
The final part (3rd part) of this Final Great Tribulation (that we are currently in) consists of 5100 days of no salvation, not only within the Church but now encompassing the whole world.
THE FLIGHT
Matthew 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Notice that God began the 6100 Days of harvesting souls outside the Church with "summer". Now it is "winter". Winter is the time of no sowing and no harvest for most of the world. This is the time after Judgment Day. Notice it states, "For then shall be great tribulation" - this is AFTER the 8400 Days.
Not only is there no salvation within the Church - 'And I will kill her children with death', but this is now the final period of no salvation... worldwide.
But let us not forget the second part of the verse, "...such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be."
This is the horrifying part.
There has always been the possibility of salvation since Creation. Even during the great tribulation that was contained within the Church. The silence of no salvation that is described within Revelation 8:1 is'nt total silence as we can see within other scriptures (Acts 21:40 - 22:2).
Revelation 8:1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
There was still the small possibility of salvation outside the Church during those 2300 days.
But with this winter season we are currently in, the Light of the world is darkened, and this final part of the verse... "great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be",
we can be assured there is sadly no salvation until the End.
The first "great tribulation" period was contained within the Church for the entire 8400 Days (1988-2011)... but salvation was always available outside the Church.
This second "great tribulation" period is now worldwide, it is not contained. Salvation is sadly no longer available. That is why this second "great tribulation" period is so deadly:
again...
Matthew 24:20-21
But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
This is not something to be taken lightly. We have but a short time left.
