A Prayer of Moses the man of God. Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
From the generations of the chosen family of Abraham to the Temple generations or the Church generations to the generation of the Great Multitude, we all have the same dwelling place of the Lord.
3 Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
The Lord is always in control. He is the one whom establishes the kings and nations of the world. It was His plan that He...
* had forsaken the land of food during Jacob's great tribulation (23 months) and finally commanded His people out of the holyland and return to Joseph (a picture of Jesus).
* had forsaken the nation of Judah during Judah's great tribulation (23 years) and finally commanded His people out of the holyland and return spiritually to the Lord.
* had forsaken the corporate Church during our Final Great Tribulation (2300 days) and finally commanded His people out of the holyland and return spiritually to the Lord.
4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
These thousand years are as a watch in the night. His people were watchmen warning the world. The 1,000 years in the Book of Revelation refers to the Church Age watching and broadcasting the gospel and Jesus' return. We too were watching and broadcast the warning of Judgment Day for 6100 days. This could be referring to the 6100 Days. Notice how it states, "as yesterday when it is past", this clearly states that we would still be here after Judgment Day. The Lord did not allow us to understand that we would be here for another 14 years after Judgment Day. It was not for us to know at the time. Our mission was to broadcast the warning.
5 Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep:
It now appears to compare Judgment Day as to a flood just as 2 Peter 3 does. Those whom were not chosen by the Lord were blinded and therefore described as being asleep. It is those whom were carried away by the flood just as in Noah's time.
in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
6 In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
This second stanza goes on to describe those whom were carried away as with a flood. The morning represents the time period before the flood, the 6100 days, when the Sun (the Light/Jesus) was upon the earth... salvation. But then after Judgment Day, in the evening (darkness/no salvation), they are cut down, and withereth because there is mercy no longer.
7 For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
8 Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
Again this fits our timeline of Judgment Day. All have been judged. This first part, "...and by thy wrath are we troubled"., tells of these terrible final 5100 Days of no salvation as we compare it to Matthew 24:21, For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. As verse 8 begins, "thou hast set our iniquities before thee", all sins of every individual were set before the Judge (God). Those chosen of God were judged and set free because their iniquities were paid for. But those whom iniquities were not paid for were condemned.
9 For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
The second part of this verse was not translated as good as it should have been. The ancient Hebrew literally says, "we finish years of us like mumble". Strong's dictionary and the Interlinear Scripture Analyzer both agree with the description of the words. But what of the word mumble? Strong's defines it as mutter. Both words have a basic meaning of low or quiet speech. Strong's also describes it as sighing, thought or thunder. The KJV also translates it as mourning or sound.
The context of this verse is after Judgment Day. We were not only silenced because we did'nt know why we were still here but we also no longer proclaim salvation. Therefore we can now correctly understand that this verse is saying, we finish our years in quiet speech and mourning. Not as "a tale that is told" as the KJV translates it.
10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
11 Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
The Lord is telling us that the average lifespan given us will be about 70 years old (threescore years and ten). But those of whom live to 80 years old (fourscore years) would most likely do so through labour and sorrow as they aged. And finally their physical body would die and their spirit would fly away.
The Lord is establishing how long a generation is.
Matthew 24:32-35 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
The generation that Jesus is referring to in verse 34 is the generation that was born before Israel became a nation in 1948. Because all these End Times prophesies would have to happen within their lifetime (generation). But where does this generation begin? At what year before 1948? Lets take into consideration two very important occurrences:
There were two very important signs that were fulfilled during our End Times.
1. The sign that Israel once again became a sovereign nation in 1948.
Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh
2. The sign that summer had begun on the 50 year Jubilee of 1994.
The 50 year Jubilee had everything to do with freedom and just like the Feast of Tabernacles it was never fulfilled as a future prophesy.
Leviticus 25:10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.
Collosians 2:16-17 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
Notice how Jesus says look for the sign of Israel becoming a nation again because then you shall know summer is close. He did'nt say because you shall know that the Great Tribulation is close. Summer was the important occurrence, the salvation of the Great Multitude began on the 50 year Jubilee of 1994. It was the 50 year Jubilee that was so important. Now lets go back to our question of when this generation began. The previous 50 year Jubilee occurred in 1944, just four years before Israel once again became a nation. If we consider that this generation began with the 1944 50 year Jubilee then the outcome is phenomenal. Because the 80 years (fourscore years) to which a generation ends will end in the year 2025!
1944 to 1994 = 50 years
6100 days + 5100 days = 11,200 days = 30.66 years
50 years + 30.66 years = 80.66 years - a full generation ending in the year 2025.
It never reaches to 81 years thus fulfilling prophesy.
Lets look at verse 10 once again, the phrase, "for it is soon cut off".
The Hebrew word for "soon" is chiysh, it can be both a verb and an adverb. The verb form (Strong's H2439) means to hurry while the adverb form (Strong's H2440) has a more rapid meaning of quickly. In this case the word "soon" is an adverb. So, the translation does not resound the immediacy of the action using the word "soon". It should have been translated as, "quickly". Because it is speaking of the Rapture... "and we fly away".
1 Corinthians 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. 13 Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
The Lord has shown us all this new information concerning these End Times. The Psalmist now requests how to know the days of His return. Once again this prophesy is phenomenal. He has finally allowed us to understand with wisdom how to number our days. It so appears that He shall return in 2025.
14 O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days. 15 Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil. 16 Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
17 And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
Again the Psalmist begs that all our efforts of broadcasting the warning and Truth be not in vain. That all our work come to fruit.
This website was created in the hope to bring forth the Lord's message concerning these final years to His people. For we are only servants and all glory must go to the Lord for we can know nothing except He allow it at an appointed time in His plan.
Amos 3:7-8 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.
8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
Amen
